What would the GhostBusters Eat?? GHOST CHILI BURGERS!!

Ha. Okay, maybe not! but before you get scared of the heat and call the guys in brown , these burgers aren’t all about the heat. I know the rumors that surround the ghost chili are that its scary hot ( which it is!), but this awesometastic burger uses just a pinch of ghost chili powder to tantilize the taste buds and add just enough slow burn heat to get the endorphines going! Add to that muenster cheese, and an awesome chipotle aioli and you have one KickAss Burger!!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ghost chili powder
  • dash of wochestechire sauce
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1 Tbs chipotle tobasco
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice ( or more)
  • Chopped Cilantro(to taste)
  • Muenster cheese
  • Beer

Method:

First, for the aoili, mix the the mayo, tobasco, lemon juice, and cilantro together in a small bowl and let sit. Then in another small bowl mix the garlic powder and ghost chili powder. Then in another bowl mix together the ground beef, salt and pepper. Form this into 1/4 lbs patties and lat out on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle the garlic powder mix over the patties to taste, and then splash the worchestshire sauce on each patty to taste and let sit while you heat up the grill. OK, here’s the fun part! Take a slice of Muenster and tear it up. Smash it between 2 of the 1/4 lb patties ” Juicy Lucy” style, and then throw these ass fire burgers on the grill and cook to your desired doneness!

Quick note* you may want to get some gourmet buns and toast them on the grill for a minute. Then spread the aoili on both sides, slap a burger on there and top with bacon, lettuce, and tomato!
