Spicy Spinach Artichoke dip

I’ll admit it, I’m kind of a nerd! Ha, well, a little more than kind of. And being so, I love to watch other nerds do their thing, especially food nerds! Which is why I like Alton Brown. For those of you who don’t know, Alton is the host of the show Good Eats! on the food network as well as many other things, and this KickAss spinach artichoke dip comes from his great nerdy mind. So next time you need a quick dip for a party or any occasion really, bring this KickAss dip!

  • 1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
  • 11/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen artichoke hearts
  • 6 ounces cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
