Easy (but KickAss) Shrimp Marinade

Have you ever been in need of a shrimp marinade that is quick, easy, and above all KickAss? Then you’ve come to the right place! This delectable sauce (like so many great things) was born out of necessity and the uncontrollable urge to never have to walk into a Wal-mart. So feel free to use this marinade for shrimp burgers, kabobs, or generally whenever you want to give your taste buds a happy ending. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

1 pound medium or large shrimp

3-4 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 1/2 -2 Tbsp light olive oil

Juice from 1 lemon

Pepper to taste

1 gallon zip bag

Method:

Thaw shrimp if frozen. Place shrimp, garlic, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice in the zip lock bag. Let Marinate for at LEAST an hour, but 2 hours is preferred. You will need to massage the bag every now and then to make sure every shrimp is being coated with deliciousness. To cook, simply skewer shrimps with more of your favorite ingredients, or just by themselves, and grill over indirect heat until firm.
